The refurbishment project included a major upgrade to the double-storey reception area, featuring Carrara Marble and a four-metre-high feature video wall, a new mezzanine-level espresso bar, gym, and office fit-outs for various tenants.

The building contains nine floors of premium office space, a café, ground-floor retail units, conference rooms, and Skytrain Gym, serving international clients such as Ernst Young, ARUP, Cowen, Marsh, Causeway Asset Management, and Julius Baer.
